REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Any refund due in accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions can only be made to the same debit or credit card used to make the booking. If the card has subsequently expired, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
If you used vouchers to pay for the Activity we may refund you in vouchers.
The customer shall be entitled to cancel a party booking subject to XJump Trampoline Park receiving your request for cancellation at least 7 days before the booked start time. Cancellation/Reducing guests with less than 7 days notice will only receive credit to the value of a jump session for each guest.
Individual sessions may not be cancelled and no refund will be given but we can replan your booking with 24 hours notice.
XJump Trampoline Park shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that XJump Trampoline Park decides to cancel your booking, it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause but no other compensation shall be payable.
